\( \newcommand{\definiteintegral}[4]{\int_{#1}^{#2}\,#3\,d#4} \newcommand{\indefiniteintegral}[2]{\int#1\,d#2} \)

The old classes are still active. For example, rv means right-aligned content and a heavy border on the right, and vc means centered content and heavy border on the left. We may wish to abandon those at some point.

There also are the 12 new border styling classes: [lrtb][012] where 0 means none, 1 means thin, and 2 means thick. Currently thin is 1px and thick is 2px.

When more than one class is specified, the new classes take precedence over the old, and the order of precedence in thickness is 0 beats 2 and 2 beats 1.

The following was produced by SL2X from the Calculus and Sage book, and then I added some of the new classes for adding borders to cells. Also added one t (=top) and b (=bottom) class in the 45 degree row.
