Structured lists for upcoming workshops

For each of these workshops there is a participant list which needs a picture, a homepage, and a MR code for everyone.

username/password: Postcritically/Finite

Leave the "Displayname" field blank on the participant lists, unless you know for sure that the person goes by something other than Firstname Lastname.

For the image, you need to find it, save it to your computer, and then upload it.
