An inequality for the logarithmic derivative of xi

The Riemann Hypothesis is true if and only if

$$\Re \frac{\xi'(s)}{\xi(s)}>0$$

for $\Re s>1/2$ (see Hinkkanen [ MR 98d:30047]).
