This workshop, sponsored by AIM and the NSF, will bring together
participants with backgrounds in mathematics, mathematics education,
informal STEM learning, and K-12 teaching/teacher preparation who
share a commitment to welcoming multicultural learners in informal
mathematics learning spaces. 

The workshop is organized by
Alessandra Pantano and Cynthia Sanchez Tapia.

Space and funding is available for a few more participants.
If you would like to participate, please apply by filling
out the on-line form (available at the link above) no later
than May 1, 2024. Applications are open to all, and
we especially encourage women, underrepresented minorities,
junior mathematicians, and researchers from primarily
undergraduate institutions to apply.
